A Place To See

If I would had a lot of money and the possibility to leave on a trip, I would go to Vienna (Austria) because this country is very beautiful and there are several castles. This place is not very big on the planet but it is of extraordinary beauty. I know this place a little because I have a person at my home who comes from there and speaks me a lot of her country. I would like to be able to see the places what she explained me and learn again more on their culture. The Alps are magic for me when Veronika speaks about it, because to see many mountains with snow while there is lawn everywhere, this is very impressive. I promise myself that a day I will go to visit Veronika at Vienna. One of my dreams is to travel in my life and I will do it.

My Futur

In my futur I want to have a house and a family. I would like to have at least three children and some animals. I want a husband and a car. My house must be on the countryside because I love the nature. I want to work as social worker in the CLSC because I have already choosen my cegep for this job. I think I will be happy in my futur.

Christmas

The christmas vacations are a time of divide and love for me. At home we always have a christmas tree in the living room and it is decorated with many lights. We cooked many desserts and prepare big meals. My family and I come together to play games and we laugh a lot.

Hockey

The hockey is a sport really interesting because it has always action. The hockey is a team sport and it uses a lot of technics. Each team has maximum six players on the ice. In hockey there are three different positions which are defends, goal and attacks. The goal protects the goal. The defends defend the goal and the attacks attack the goal of the other team. My two brothers practise hockey for many years and I love to go to watch them playing.

My Family

I have a big family and my family is not to restore. I have two sisters and two brothers. My first sister is Véronique and she is nineteen years old. Véronique loves to sing and she teachs the swimming at Pont-Rouge. My second sister is Roxanne and she is fifteen years old. Roxanne likes to swim and she is very patient with friends. My first brother is Francis and he is thirteen years old. My second brother is Alexis and he is ten years old. My brothers love to play hockey and to play outside.To finish my father is Denis and my mother is Nathalie. My parents like to build big projects and they are very funny with the persons.The feeling with my family is very beautiful and we have a lot of pleasures in family.

My Favorite Activity !

My favorite activity is sport, because I love training in Centre Forme Action. The training at Pont-Rouge has a big diversity in the sport. There are many kinds of training like Kickboxing, Cardio Latino, Step, Workout, Spinning, Hatha Yoga, muscle training, cardio training and Aerobics. This activity took a lot of time to organise, because I decide how much time I invest. This activity is my favorite, because I decide for myself.

The Kickboxing

At school it is very difficult to concentrate because there are only two periods of Physical Education. They are boring because we always do the same activities. So I would like to propose to integrate kickboxing in school. Kickboxing can have many advantages for Physical Education.

Kickboxing is easy to learn and it is a source of motivation. It is simple to practice because you don't need any material. This sport is a source of motivation because it is different than other sports and there is a professional teacher.

It develops several elements like cardio-training, flexibility, balance and also provides a way to work out agression. The physical fitness should be very important for students and the exercises help the students to understand this sport.

Integrating kickboxing in school would be an advantage because it is a motivation for students. Why not include kickboxing in the daily routine in school ?
